a) Very gentle and helpful owner but not present at the hotel (the hotel is run by a couple of Albanians also nice but not english speaking) b) quiet enough area c) well equiped room- value for money
a) The two times I have visited the beach (2 min. Walk from hotel) the waters were not clear enough. Talking about Rhodos, an island with 90% perfect waters , ours was among the just 2-3 bad ones I saw on that island b) the position of the air condition just opposite to our bed. We couldn't use it for a single night c) tap in bathroom not working properly

The interior of the apartment is nice, fuctional and well taken care of
No sea VIEW-actually only 2 out of 12 studios/apartments have sea view and 2 more have partial sea view. The rest are facing the neighbour buildings which are located within a 10m distance. All apartments are located on ground floor. All the windows (and the balcony/veranda) of ground floor apartments and studios are right next to the corridors; so it was hard to get any privacy with the windows open because there were consecutively people crossing by

Best choice to stay out of Lindos, not in the mess. Good cleanliness and position. Studio equipped and fairly furbished (except for the missing shower curtain). The beach in front of the building is very comfortable, instead the city of Lardos Bay is awful and so tourist, but the studio is located in a way just behind the main street so you could be far of the big tourist hotel. Best value for money!

The photos arouse the idea that it concerns studios with sea view; once arrived, this strucks as very misleading since the resort is actually on a very small land strip, i.e. 10m, where obviously only the first building has sea view.
